i was happy with hotel's quiet location in a nice neighborhood north of downtown. very very helpful staff, gave a lot of tourist information. the room was more than neat and included a clean bathroom. location: the property was not far from loyola park, trnedy coffee shops and the metro and the beach and metrorail. and it was at a medium distance from le piano, ate there couple of times. loved my stay.

The price was great and the location was perfect. It was so convenient to have a large kitchen accessible to all the rooms. The neighborhood was beautiful and made for a nice and peaceful stay.

Parking was a huge hassle and the owner wasn't friendly or helpful when we asked about it. Also, there were some noisy guests that kept us up all night with their partying.
